From the very start it was a very relaxed and low pressure buying environment. Jeff listened to what I was looking for and went thru the features that were of value to me. They were willing to negotiate for the price I was looking for and washed and cleaned the vehicle before I left the lot. They even have a shop mascot Pablo the cockatoo!!! I love my Cadillac SRX!

Jack & Jeff did excellent helping me not only ro fet financed but to make sure everything was taken care of before I drove an hour to their lot.
